Dear Residents,

As part of the Odour Improvement Project, we will be carrying out some
essential work on the eight circular primary settlement tanks towards the
north boundary of the site.

We will be pumping out the residual sludge from the tanks in preparation
for the planned cleaning activities. Once complete, these tanks will be
taken out of operational use, with the new sewage being processed within
the odour controlled rectangular tanks.

We plan to start on Monday 7th April and expect the work to be complete
within 4 weeks. During this time, residents may notice an increase in
odour levels.

Thames Water would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience while
we carry out this essential work.
