Just wondering if anyone else is hoping to rent an allotment in the Isleworth area? I've made several enquiries and the waiting list is 5 years apparently. If I can get together 6 or more people in the area however, it is possible to make a case to put foward to the council. It is a legal requirement (The 1908 allotments act) that they provide allotments where there is demand. I think a 5 year waiting list demonstrates a significant demand. Anyone who may be interested, please PM me as I can't make a case on my own! Any other suggestions as to how to get an allotment most welcome.Thanks.
