			<description>A 15-year-old boy who was repeatedly stabbed in an daylight park attack on Wednesday crawled to safety. 



Police are questioning a 14-year-old boy about the stabbing and but are appealing for a woman driver, who stopped and helped, to contact Hounslow CID. 



The 15-year-old was stabbed six times in the chest behind Isleworth library, in Redlees Park, and police confirmed the nearby Redlees youth offending centre was a major line of enquiry.

			<description>A 14-year-old boy has been arrested following the stabbing of a teenager in Isleworth, west London. 

 The victim, aged 15 or 16, is said to be in a serious condition in hospital.



He was found on South Street just before 5pm.



He is believd to have suffered several knife wounds to his upper body



Police suspect he was attacked at the entrance to Redlees Park in Twickenham Road.



The 14-year-old is currently being questioned by police. </description>

Parking attendants could soon be able to hand out on-the-spot fines if they catch anyone dropping litter. 



The attendants will be renamed &quot;civil enforcement officers&quot; and allowed to issue penalty notices for fly-posting and graffiti.
